Only suggestion is to get better pillows for the beds. The pillows are cheap and hard and non conforming. Otherwise everything else was fine

We have a parakeet we travel with They were very accommodating unlike other hotels that don’t accept birds. Our bird is quiet & less messy than a dog or cat. Thanks again

This place has gone SERIOUSLY downhill!

The room wasn't ready when we got there despite completing their online check in the previous day. The elevator was out of service after the last time we were there my wife noticing that it's safety inspection was a year out of date. The room wasn't cleaned well, due to the elevator, the room was extremely noisy because everone had to take the stairs. Staff was hardly bothered by the co dition of the hotel and the issues. We will not be back!

We had to stay here just a night we checked in late and really didn’t get to enjoy the room as much as we would have liked. We had a family emergency in Missoula. Bed was comfy and I might suggest more stocking on the coffee in the rooms. Overall it was quite comfortable

We were delighted when browsing Missoula hotels that yours had in room jacuzzi tubs as that was a wish for our night away. Also, the breakfast was amazing. I can't have gluten or wheat & I found plenty to enjoy. Jackie was a delight to chat with in the breakfast room. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again the next time we're able to get away for a night. Thank you!
