We stayed the last week of September. We loved that we weren't staying in town where traffic was so terrible. I didn't see anywhere that it stated the cabin is at the front of an RV park, but that didn't matter to us because it was still very quiet (even being right on the main highway).
PROS:
Tiny kitchen (yes, I put it as a pro because we're on vacation, who wants to cook?). But, if you wanted to cook, they seemed to provide everything you needed.
Mattress - wow!! The first bed my spouse and I could agree on. We checked the mattress label and hope to order a mattress just like it.
Liked the decor. Couch and "recliner" were comfortable.
Nice deck, small yard and view.
CONS:
Internet was slow. We stayed busy most days so didn't need it a lot so not a huge issue.
Air conditioner - luckily we weren't there in the middle of summer. I'm not sure the air conditioner could have cooled the bedroom. There is a privacy wall between the living room and bedroom area. We put the box fan (provided) in the doorway which helped some, but we were hot most nights.
Washer/Dryer was listed. Most properties that list this have them inside the unit. The washer/dryer are available in a separate building for a cost.
There wasn't any place to unpack. There was a closet, but we didn't need the mattress stored inside the closet so there was only about a foot of room to hang clothes. We lived out of our suitcases while there (pro, we didn't have a lot of packing to do when we left.).
But, overall, we liked staying here. It was close to what we wanted to see. The owners were very helpful.
