Best kept secret

In my 10 day tour of Utah, this was my best stay! The rooms were as promised and clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was the best I've encountered while traveling. The location was a plus as we could use this as home base to spend a day at Arches and a day at Canyonlands! I would definately recommend this hotel! The management could teach others a thing or two about hospitality!

Nice place to stay if you're going to the Parks

Lovely facility next to the river.beautiful landscaping with trees giving shade to the grassy area behind the Hotel. There is a restaurant next to the Hotel which is a good thing as there is really nothing in Green River except a truck stop and a few motels/hotels

A very good motel

We stayed in a very good room with two queen beds. Everything was very nice--which was good, because we paid $170 for one night. We were on the east side however, while the Green River was on the west side. If we had known, perhaps we might have reserved a riverside room. About the only downside was that they gave us only two voucher tickets for breakfast. Luckily, we did not have local friends over for a bite. But the breakfast was very good, and elegantly served. I'd say that this was probably the best motel in Green River.

the best breakfast out of our two week road trip! The food was fantastic and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Great recommendations for evening food. Large parking area for hotel and easily accessible from the main road. The room was large and luxurious - it felt more expensive than it was.

The little extras make this place great

I love a hotel that has six pillows per bed. The cook to order complimentary breakfast was superb (chorizo omelet highly recommended). High quality toiletries too. Good restaurant next door. Great place to stay for weekend or a week.

What a pleasant surprise! River Terrace was a beautiful place with the best breakfast (included) we have experienced. What a perfect ending to a long driving day. Sipping a glass of wine while sitting on the balcony overlooking the Green River with the sun setting. Remember, due to State laws you will need to BYOB if you want to enjoy that option. A real jewel in southeastern Utah.

I'll be back every year

This hotel was wonderful.....easily the best in Green River. It sits above the river with beautiful terraces with comfortable couches and chairs overlooking the water. There is a sparkling pool and spa that also look over the river. You'll have a delicious cook-to-order breakfast at the hotel and a reasonable restaurant next door. I took a walk across the bridge to Green River State Park--serenely beautiful. I'll come back every year when I drive from Denver to Mendocino.

Quiet scenic spot along the river

Very pleasant overnight stay on road trip. Room quite spacious with good bed. Included breakfast was a good bonus. Balcony overlooking the river was relaxing.

okay hotel, breakfast staff is friendly!

Its alright consider its in the country side. The check in took over 30 mins which is annoying, the old guy couldn't check us in for some reason, we had to call hotels.com to sort it out. We were really tired after all day driving and we had to put up with that!

I reserved two rooms, one for me and one for my friends expecting them to pay when we left… but Expedia had already taken the money from my account before I arrived. Not good on Expedia part. Very unexpected and not pleased.

Very welcome surprise

Best secret on I-70: a huge room with a lovely river view, great restaurant next door. Rest of Green River is very disappointing, but there's no survices to the west for well over 100 miles.

Very pleasant stay

The decor of the room needs updating, but the property was beautifully maintained. Located by the Green River, it had a lovely pool and spa and served a made-to-order breakfast. Right across the street was the Powell Museum.

Pleasant stop

It's an older hotel with furnishings from 80's or before, but was still in nice condition and very clean. Setting on Green River was pretty and restaurant next door was good. Free breakfast was best we've had at a hotel anywhere. It was a nice oasis in the desert of Utah.

Don't pass by this hotel in Green River

This is our second time here while passing through Utah. We will definitely stay again as the accommodations are terrific. Beautifully decorated, very clean and a beautiful pool to boot! The breakfast has a buffet but also a customized personal breakfast choice...omelet, pancakes, french toast, etc that is made just for you. It is not sitting on a heated plate with sternos. Next door is a restaurant with incredible food!
