A second parking space next to the house is available on request for a fee of 10 EUR per day which is to be paid on the spot.
2) At check-in, the number of guests must correspond to the number reported. Partial cancellations related to the number of guests cannot be refunded.
3) The price of the overnight stay always refers to the maximum number of 2 guests.
4) The third and fourth guest pays an extra charge of 15 EUR per person at the time of booking.
5) For a possible third or fourth additional guest, who was not already included in the booking, an extra charge of 15 EUR per night will also be made on the spot.
6) If arriving in the months of March to October, a tourist tax of 1. EUR per day per person must be paid for the first seven days of the stay (persons under 14 years are exempt).
7) Small pets, used to domestic environment, are allowed on condition that they do not disturb the other guests and are never left alone in the house.
8) The host lives within the complex in which the apartment is located: he is therefore available for information and assistance during your stay.
This apartment is located on the first floor in a quiet residential area and has free wifi and limited sea view. It consists of a bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with two separate beds that can be converted into a common bed if necessary, bed linen on site. Kitchenette with dishwasher, spacious living room, bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine, safe.
A terrace of about 20 sqm with north orientation completes the apartment, equipped with lighting and with cold and hot water shower. The terrace is surrounded by greenery, it has no sea view and is partially sunlit. This makes it especially attractive on hot days and in the evening.
The apartment has been recently renovated and furnished with high quality accessories. It is located in our private residence, together with other apartments in our property, in the best panoramic position of Moneglia.
The residence is located 1 km from the center, which can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. A bus stop is located directly at the house.
Our apartment is suitable for families and for those who want to spend a vacation in a quiet environment, immersed in a typical Ligurian ambience between the sea and the surrounding hills.
Moneglia is located in the extreme eastern Gulf of Tigullio in the middle between Portofino / Santa Margherita Ligure and the Cinque Terre / Portovenere. It is included in the "List of the most beautiful places in Italy" and has been consistently awarded the "Blue Flag" FFE (Foundation for Environmental Education) since 1990. It is an ideal base for visiting the Cinque Terre, which can be reached in 25 minutes by train or by boat across the sea. For trekking lovers, there is a number of marked trails starting from the center of the village, where you can admire sunsets and landscapes of rare beauty.
In the town center: diving club, boat rentals, supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, health care and first aid points with defibrillators, bars and restaurants where you can taste traditional Ligurian specialties. Hospital at 10 km. Nearest airports: Genoa (65 km), Pisa (125 km). Pisa, Lucca and Florence can be reached as a day trip.
