First I sent multiple messages to the host and received no answer, just a few a days before arrival she wrote me to introduce herself, but communication was terrible.
The apartment is underground, it was dirty, had a lot of spider webs, smelled like humidity, the walls were covered in humidity, there was no ventilation, no wifi, no telephone coverage inside the property, it was dark, dirty and inefficient.
There was a broken iron and no iron board to use, the host said "use the table".
Not even courtesy waters were left in the apartment.
This was by far the worst experience I've had in Expedia, Vrbo or any BnB. Expedia didn't even bring support, as this property was listed by Vrbo, a partner.
Sadly I went on this trip to celebrate my wedding anniversary and I had to pay another accomodation because this one was inhabitable.
Thanks for nothing Expedia customer support.
