"POSITIV: (1) Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (2) Stadt-Nähe (kurzer Weg in die Innenstadt (3) relativ ruhige Lage (4) gute Qualität des Essens im Restaurant (trotz schlechtem Ambiente / Bedienung) (5) gute Parkmöglichkeiten
NEGATIV: (1) es ist kein Continental Breakfast aufs Zimmer bestellbar - es gibt leider nur ein 21€-Frühstück (zwar relativ gute Auswahl; aber viel zu teuer) (2) als wir (mit Besuch 5 Pers.) im Restaurant hatten wir einen Tisch gebucht hatten; die Bedienung sagte zunächst "I litte english" und gab uns eine französische Karte - dann begann er mit der Fußbodenreinigung (Sauger) u.a. um unseren Tisch herum (das geht gar nicht!) - unsere Bestellung der Getränke war erst danach und auf Nachfrage möglich - dauerte grundsätzlich Alles "etwas" (3) die Zimmer-/Bad-/WC-Reinigung war eher "durchschnittlich" (4) weitere (technische) Kleinigkeiten haben wir bei unserer Abreise adressiert"
