Some pretty areas onsite. I appreciated the amazing customer service by Dwight who manages accommodations I believe . However he needs to do an in service on that for some of the other employees I encountered that seemed short tempered etc. I had to switch rooms due to air flow quality issues & fan not working properly. There are vents in your bathrooms but AC doesn’t work in there . There is only one vent blowing out AC for entire space. Phones stopped being answered throughout the weekend which is a safety concern. However I was told by someone at the front desk it was because the internet wasn’t working….The entire place should close for renovations to be done all at once, particularly if smells of sewage permeates the premises at times. I’m disappointed that Expedia rated this one so highly. That was false advertisement. This resort is a 3 star at best. The spa & wellness center are amazing & the gym is nice. Kudos to Shakira, an experienced massage therapist, she was amazing. The bands & Djs onsite there were unbelievable as well. The food buffet as well as the steakhouse were good but several of the other restaurants were terrible ie Sports Bar. This would be an excellent time for the owner to be featured on undercover boss so that he/she could engage in a more hands on experience with the property to acquire a deeper understanding of how select customers feel. Nevertheless Jamaica itself is beautiful just manage your expectations should you choose this location….
