Room was very cold. Temperature was not getting adjusted. Even after maintenance guy came and tried fixing it, the room remained very cold. They did not have any other room available & so they did not change the room. Beach had lot of seaweed. Water was clean. Smell of sewage from the drain between the 2 Riu properties. Food and drinks were good.

At first the Hotel seems smaller than the other Riu I have been to but was told I was able to go to the other 2 Riu was was much larger. The rooms were comfortable, nice scenery from the balcony, beautiful beach, friendly workers. The food was amazing especially the the Jamaican food. Food variety was kind of small. Overall I enjoyed myself and it was relaxing.

This property was situated between two other Riu properties and we had access to all three. This was a great benefit, and Riu Palace was our preferred property of the three. Food was amazing every day, and the environment was fantastic! Visited Negril and Ocho Rios by rental car and Mobay felt like the best option of the three. All the staff was exceptional!

We just returned from a week at the RIU Palace. Was an amazing week!!! We celebrated our 25th anniversary. Everyone so friendly especially Lewis at front desk who made our visit so perfect and Dr Phil who entertained us every day at breakfast and lunch. This resort is beautiful and so welcoming. Food was great, entertainment was fun. We met so many wonderful people , a lot were returning guests. Will definitely be returning!!!

Absolutely loved this resort so peaceful and the drinks were amazing!! When I wanted to party we had access to go to the other two properties.

We loved the overall look and people at the property. We had a couple of broken items in our room but most were repaired. It was hard to get dinner reservations at the restaurants as well but there were other options available.

The staff through me off. I’m very respectful and kind. It does not cost anything to be polite. When it comes to the staff I just wished they didn’t make it so obvious that they don’t like their jobs. Now it’s not all staff but in my stay I would say 5 members did not give that “welcoming feel”. Aside from such the entertainment was great! Food was good.

Housekeeping only cleaned our room once during our stay. Also we didn't have washcloths for the 3rd day there. The food was always cold are luke warm and I don't know about anyone else but I hate eating cold food especially breakfast. Wasn't enough American food choices are restaurants on property. And not much of scenery at any of the three Riu resorts. This is a two star resort at best.
