Upon arrival at the resort we were greeted by a friendly staff and check is was easy. However trying to find our room was quite difficult with only verbal directions that were somewhat unclear. A simple map would have been helpful as the resort is rather large. After settling into our room we put our valuables in the safe. The next day we need to get back into the safe and we were unable to open it and had to call the front desk three times to get someone to open it. We talk to others that had the same problem getting into their safes too. The third day the floor we were on lost internet service which also caused the tv and room phone not to work. When we needed anything for our room we had to go to the front desk. The internet service was never restored during our stay. Having personal business to take care of we had to constantly try to find a quiet place to conduct business. The last day of our stay we lost water in our room and were unable to use the shower our toilet. While the staff was very friendly and the food was good and plentiful the issues with our room ruined what should have been a very nice stay
