The room was not what I expected, the carpets had a lot of visible stains and the showers had red mold growing in the corners. I am not sure of if it is due to bad ventilation or because the AC had been off and not working until I called for them to fix it later the day of my first day of stay. I did not notice all this until it was quite late and to be totally honest I was too tired to complain. It is not a bad property given the convenience but not sure if I would stay again given the cleanliness was not great.

In good condition - a few items were dated. Biggest downside was the un heated lobby. Checking in wearing a coat, waiting for an Uber in a cold room was unpleasant and not a 5 star experience.

Hotel is well located within the nicer neighbourhoods of Monterrey. It is quiet an good for business travel. It just feels a bit "Cold" compare to other Camino Real hotels.
