The room was very neat and clean, service was very friendly and responsive, all deserving of 5-stars. If you just want a place to sleep, with a decent continental breakfast and free tea/coffee, you can't go wrong here! It also has an attached restaurant which was super convenient. However, there were a few of things that I think are important for people to know (and I tend to look for those in 2-4 star reviews):
1. The walls are pretty thin. I could pretty easily hear the conversations, and noises, of the room next to me.
2. Wi-fi requires "registering" once on the public network. This is super common, but my problem lied with how often I would have to "re-register" my devices.
3. AC is LOUD
4. Very few TV options. They use a hyper-sanitary generic remote, which restricted it to "channel/volume up down" kinda functionality.
5. More of a personal annoyance, but a single FABRIC shower curtain means that I often found a lot of water pooling outside the shower. I put half my towels on the ground just to help soak that up. Shower pressure is fine, but I did have to turn it almost up to full heat to get warm.
