This is my third time staying here. Each time has been excellent. Unfortunately this go around we did find ants in the bathroom only. However the staff was super accommodating and got us a new room right away, and asked us to make sure we liked the new room before fully moving everything over. They even had house keeping in the old room within 20 minutes of moving everything to the new room. It's a fantastic spot especially when going to a hockey game, it's so close to the bell center. The nearest metro is a few blocks away as well if you want to use public transportation. I will happily stay here again whenever I come back to Montreal.

Light shining into room, curtains couldn't block it. Found stains that were easy to wipe off on cupboards, dirt stain on bedsheets, tear in bedsheets, hairs in the shower from previous occupants. Buffet breakfast had very limited options. Arrived later for business, didn't have time to raise issue with staff.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and I felt welcomed. The rooms are a good size and clean. Easy access to and from the highway. We had to extend our stay one night due to weather and it was no problem. I'll go back in the summer when we can actually walk around in decent weather!

Nice clean room and hotel. We were warned about car thefts in the parking lot but that is a problem across Montreal. Parking was good though a little tight. I would go back to his hotel again without question. Great location and great rate!
