Rural and beautiful, majestic views, and acres of space. This location is ideal for family get aways! Located at a higher elevation than Zion valley it afforded us a more comfortable stay in August as the temperature was 10° lower. I didn’t see one neighbor or car on the road and it was close enough to Zion for day trips. I would recommend 4 Wheel Dr. as the dirt Roads can get muddy and difficult. There are 2 miles of roads from the highway to the house, which can be a pain daily driving, however, it is a trade off to be isolated in nature. I would also cation that the interior doors are not the best quality and not all, like the master, seal for sound or close for privacy, so that is something to take into consideration, if you’re staying with other families, adults or are noise sensitive. you might want to plan to bring earplugs. Other than that you should be OK, the kitchen was very nice and spacious, well, accommodated, there was Wi-Fi that worked OK, not great, but again we’re in the wilderness here. They’re is nice flatscreen the kids enjoyed. High quality appliances and a nice big fridge. I would bring food and booze with you, because there are no decent stores to make supplier runs in 100 miles. And Utah, as we found out, is very strict with certain laws. Great place! the sunsets and sunrises were just epic! the pictures don’t do it justice.
