We had a great stay. Location is three blocks from downtown. It was very walkable for all of us. The unit is appropriately furnished.
Our problems seem to be with the property management company alone. In advance of the trip we asked if there was a barbecue grill. The property management company, Evolve, reported that there was none. We changed our menu and planned accordingly. Consider us surprised when we saw three burner weber grill on the deck. We were obviously giving false information by the property management company. we further noticed only one trash bag was available for a three day stay. Additionally, there was only one dishwashing pod, both requiring trips to the store.
Perhaps more distressing with the communication with the property management company, Evolve, the folks to give us the bum information about the barbecue grill. Following our stay I communicated with Evolve, asking for an explanation about the grill and the missing household items. They wanted photographs of the missing items (ridiculous). Eventually, we were told we would not get a refund because our photograph evidence was insufficient. This suggests to me that the fine folks at Evolve are not reading their emails. We NEVER requested a refund or credit. Wow.
The unit was very nice.
