I would stay here again and I was impressed with the hotel and staff. Positives - the staff (especially pool / ‘the catch’ resturant staff are so amazing and friendly! (some other staff were on their phones a lot which kinda put me off) We checked in at 10am which was amazing when we never requested an early check in Breakfast was amazing !!!! Such a large choice and so nice to have the option of a buffet or table service ! Again, staff were lovely Negatives The pool facilities were slightly disappointing, the hotel definitely has the grounds for a bigger, more impressive pool which I think it really needs for it to reach the 5 star rating. The hotel has 2 pools, the larger one being under shade which is not what I liked as I wanted to be in the sun and the other one was much smaller, in comparison to other Muscat hotels the pool is quite disappointing so if you’re looking for a pool holiday or a pool for kids I would probably avoid ! We often got gifts from housekeeping staff which is lovely but we did get stale bread, probably from the breakfast from the day before, on one occasion which wasn’t great!

Despite notifying of late checkin and requesting airport pickup, the hotel did not arrange the taxi and called me a no show when I checked in. I had received an email that concierge will get back to me but then heard nothing. I did get the room and did not receive any help to take up my luggage either This is not what I expect from a 5 star rated hotel

Room for three adults that is only equipped for t.
I booked a room for 3 adults but on arrival it was prepared for 2 only. I had to ask 3 different people including the reception for extra stuff for the third person and no one helped. On the second day when we switched the light on for room cleaning I lift a written message to the room service personnel who eventually brought me all what we needed.

It was an amazing experience with the warmth and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious modern and clean. Very close to the convention centre and a short walk. The breakfast was good. The lunch and dinner buffets need to be having more variety. The staff are super friendly and overall a good experience.

very nice property. New. everything is clean and beautiful. It has multiple restaurants with outdoor seating. Staff is attentive and very friendly. People bend backwards to get you what you need. Location is horrible; far from trourist spots. the convention center is next to it, but nothing else. Probably great for business visits. 10mins away from the airport. concierge can call you taxi anytime you need.
