Just like a lot of Myrtle Beach properties it feels a little dated. We didn’t get to use the facilities, but the room was reasonably clean. I don’t know why, but there was a lot of street noise late at night that could be heard through the door. We were right on the ocean which was nice. The front desk helped us with our room key.

The on site bowling facility was awesome! The overall place was great! A bit chilly in the breezeways and the elevators get busy, pack a jacket in off season! Indoor play place for the kids could use an update for sure, but pool areas indoors and outdoors were all very nice! THERE IS AN OUTDOORS HEATED LAZY RIVER, small but efficient! A few kiddie pools and a beachside bar! We really enjoyed our stay and will return!

Fantastic Service

This hotel was amazing. It had outdoor pools even though it was too cold to use them. It had and indoor pool and three spas in the pool area. The hotel has an 8 lane bowling in it plus many video games for the kids. Our room was gorgeous with a fabulous view. We totally enjoyed it.

The room was not the size of the room I reserved and paid for. At the inside pool on Saturday March 1st, 2025 there was a couple by the pool that were touching on each other in a very improper way especially within the eye sight of so many children. At one point I witnessed the lady reach between the man's legs from behind and fondle him. I packed my grandchildren up and did not return to the area. This caused a big hindrance as we were there to celebrate the fourth birthday of my special needs grandson. The pool was the main reason I chose the hotel as he has Spina Bifida and the water is he greatest activity. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
