We had a few setbacks, but they were ultimately fixed. The property was pretty clean, and the check in was super easy. The only problem we had was our bed being broken. You couldn’t sit in the bed without the middle of it dipping all the way to the floor, I contacted Emily and she sent maintenance over, unfortunately, he said he fixed the bed, but he really didn’t. I had to get contact with Emily again, which took a few hours. I was told that the maintenance guy was out of town now. So I ended up need to go to Walmart to buy an air mattress for the night, which she did reimburse me for, but it was still an inconvenience since we had just drove 12 hours and we couldn’t lay down (the other bed and couch were taken by my family) He ended up coming the next day and fixing the bed the right way. Over all the experience was nice and everything was fixed accordingly!
