Dies ist definitiv nicht Ihre typische Myrtle Beach Ferienwohnung. Der Meerblick kann vom Hauptschlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche und den zwei Balkonen eingefangen werden. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen privaten Balkon am Meer, einen Flachbild-TV und ein eigenes Badezimmer. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Doppelbetten, ein eigenes Bad und einen Flachbildfernseher. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett, einen Flachbildfernseher und ein Badezimmer. Refurbishing Nightmare
When we arrived… construction was going on.. lasted all day … 7 days… so noisy we could not stay in the condo during the day. Seriously, had to eat out every day. Couldn’t even hear the tv. Construction was going out right outside our door. Our whole hallway was torn apart. We had to take the stairs down a level just to get on the elevator. . Glad to go home!

We enjoyed our stay at Jill’s condo!
The condo’s comfortable/quiet/well equipped w/all of the amenities we required. The only complaint we had is that the sheets on the King BD were too small/kept coming off of the BD each night. The King BD was also extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The other 3-Beds were very comfortable though! We prefer softer beds & the firm K-mattress caused us to toss/turn all wk. One other suggestion I would make is to include some boogieboards for kids in the storage closet. We flew to MB and didn’t have the means to bring our own bboards this trip. So we rented an umbrella/chairs on the beach & bought some bboards at a surf shop for the kids to use. We typically rent condos that include a storage closet w/ beach chairs/bboards. So we’ve been spoiled by those kinds of VAC amenities. Aside from a minor setback upon our arrival (the pool bracelets were MIA) we also found the condo to be very dusty as well (under the baseboards/couch/& beds). I sent Jill msgs so she could notify her cleaning staff & we picked up more bracelets at the SW front desk. Otherwise though the condo was perfect for our family vacation!

Just returned from a family vacation from June 29-July6th, 2024. When arrived we knew we could not do an early check in, however at 3:45 and no one was there to complete cleaning we were concerned. I contacted host through VRBO and she said her cleaning crew were there since 2:45 and something must have happened, and she was going to contact them. That was the last contact we had with the host. We were unable to get into room until after 5pm and that was us just going in as we all were tired, hot and hungry. The poor cleaning person there told us through a translate app that the other people left and did nothing, and she was trying to do everything. Needless to say, it was not completed, and I updated the host on the time finally got in ect and never heard anything back from her. I was surprised as reviews have been good. I'm not one who always listen to all reviews as I think some people just complain, however there were issues I need to address: pros: great location and unit was nice cons: unit was not clean(although that poor woman tried on her own. I would rethink that cleaning company) , sink in Q rm did not drain, tub in K rm didn't drain properly. In DBL rm 1st bed , you sink when sit. Was missing a pillow in Q rm fridge door handle was missing and small hole on kitchen floor. sliding door to balcony was so hard to open and close as so much dirt on tract and possibly door off track( we cleaned tract out and bought WD40 to open easier) balcony dirty.

Gorgeous Oceanfront View!
The condo was perfect. The views were amazing. The kitchen had pretty much everything you need to make meals if you want to, even a few seasonings, which is really nice. The 2 double bedroom shower is very small but we made it work for the 5 of us. Very clean with comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our 6 night stay. I highly recommend Jill's place at Seawatch.

Awesome stay for golf trip
Our group of 4 guys had a great stay at Seawatch Resort. Jill's unit is on the eighth floor in the North Tower and everything was as advertised. The resort has many amenities including a fitness room, numerous pools and lazy rivers and a great tikki bar/hut. Balcony views are awesome, (especially at sunrise) as is the beach out front. Only mildly disappointing element was that there are no BBQ's to cook on at the resort.

Beautiful Unit - Great Pool & Beach access
This was a great stay. The owner is extremely friendly, however there are mixed messages in the VRBO app to what the actual things are in the unit. Example: App has wrong WI-FI name and password. There are a lot of appliances not listed - so we were unclear on what we should bring and had to ask many questions. Slow response when checking in about this issue. The cleanliness was good but not at resort level. Beach towels would be a nice add - even if some sort of deal is arranged with the resort. Overall 4 Star - would recommend and definitely stay again. Just need app and real time codes to match.

Great Location with great beach
We had a great stay. The condo had everything we needed and anything we did need we could get close by. The view was amazing. Loved having 3 bathrooms. Ample parking and pool chairs. My only complaint (which is not any fault of the condo owner) would be that the elevator got stuck several times while we were there. My daughter had to call 911 b/c the call button wouldn't work. The local fire department responded and was very friendly and helpful.

Gorgeous Vacation Stay
This condo has amazing views of the ocean and is conveniently located. It is just a short walk to a new brewery that was lots of fun. The condo itself fit our party of 6 very well. There were a couple minor improvements that could be done in the bathrooms and kitchen. There was also a lot of construction going on at the tower and pool that were out of the control of the owners but other than that the condo was spot on and I would highly recommend staying here!

It's not the Marriott, but be ready for a good time.
The unit itself is very good, and the owners are very easy to work with. Clearly, a lot of work has gone in to renovating this unit and making it modern and comfortable. The same cannot be said of the entire resort. Some sections of it are dated, and during our stay, one of the lazy rivers was shut down and taped off with yellow murder tape. Not very inviting to say the least. HOWEVER, all the other pools and hot tubs were working and felt awesome. The beach access is right on point, and there's a pier not too far away. A couple notes: (1) Bring your own condiments. I'm not sure who cleans this unit, but they do not leave previous occupants' condiments behind, which is a pain. I don't like having to buy salt, butter, seasonings, etc. when I do a beach VRBO property. (2) The TV situation was not awesome. Many of the channels did not work for some reason, and one of the TVs did not carry any channels at all. (3) The internet is a little slow, and the cell signal for Verizon is spotty. Overall, the five star rating is justified given the price and and enjoyment me and my kids shared. And, I fully understand that the above ^ notes may or may not happen on every visit. I did not inform the owners of the things I mentioned here due to our short stay, but I'm sure if I would have, they would have accommodated what they could.

We had a fantastic time at Seawatch. We were a bit worried at first, most of the pools and hot tubs were closed and there was a lot of construction going on. It didnt impact our trip too much, though we would have loved to have the closer pool and hot tubs to use. The view from the balcony is fantastic. We saw dolphins 3 of the mornings we were there. The breakfast buffet is really good. The condo has so much room. The shower in the master bedroom wasnt great but the other 2 were really good. The beds were so comfortable and I loved that there were so many extra blankets. We did not use the kitchen much but it has everything you would need. We would stay again for sure. The tiki bar opened our last day there and it was great, yummy drinks at good prices. Parking was never an issue and the location is a short drive to everything we wanted to do and the resort is in a very nice quiet area.
