Stayed 5 days. The pros: Clean, large and updated room. Pool was clean. The cons: Wi-Fi is a joke. Breakfast very limited and TV channels are in analog. It’s 2024 for crying out loud. Would we stay again? Maybe if the price is right like this time.

Somewhat Disappointing
We were disappointed this time. My wife requires a cane for stability so we have a handicapped placard. We then park on the side where the handicapped spaces are. But there was always a bicycle in the way. Federal law states that the area from the parking space to the door must be clear of obstacles. We told the 'Video Clerk' when we checked in and said he would contact someone. He may have but even when we checked out the bicycle was still in the same spot we reported the day before. We may need to rethink of where we stay in Bonita Springs if lack of this type of detail continues.

This is the first time since pre-covid that we took a trip to Bonita Springs. We couldn't ask for anything better. We were really impressed with the staff, the easy check in & check out, and everything about the hotel.

Positive: 1. Hotel and room was as described 2. Check-in was good, although it was done by A/V link 3. Bed and pillows were quite comfortable Negative: 4. Bedside electricty (in room 218) had a short, so lamp couldn't work 5. TV signal was horrible (grainy/fuzzy), and it occurred in multiple rooms from my undestanding; cable company utility truck was there but nothing changed 6. I asked for receipt at checkout, and the response was "check your email later"; still none received.

I hate the new check in kiosk. I also called the “front desk” for info after reading they have “someone on duty 24 hours” and got the same foreign kiosk person which I guess is fine and I did get y questions answered it just feels very cheap and impersonal. The hotel was super clean with maid service daily and otherwise perfectly suited my needs.
