Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Unfortunately our room was not very clean. We had an outbreak of ants. We let the front desk know and they said we need to keep food closed....well, we didnt have any food, we had just arrived at midnight from the airport and haf nothing but wayer bottles. The next person said, that thats normal this time of year with all the rain. Maybe outside, but inaide tour room? C'mon. Additionally, there was hair all over the bathroom and shower, and the flooring hadn't been vacuumed, as we found randim items all over the carpet that woukd have been sucked up by the vacuum had it been.
Lastly, as a single woman, i didnt like being put on the ground floor and i certainly didnt like the front deak guy saying my room number out loud for someone else to hear.
The next day i brought it up to the front desk again and was given a different room on a higher floor, but it was clearly annoying to them given the tone that was used.
Oh and i one more thing...it said when i booked thay breakfast was included- it is NOT! When i asked about it he told me it hasnt been free for 15 years and i didn’t know what i was talking about. So, ok, starbucks is less than a mile away, they weren't going to get any more of my money at the Trianon.
It is what it is, just will find another place next time.
