Perfect For Our Family Reunion
Booked this house for our anual family girls weekend. We are a group of women ages 21-90, spanning 4 generations. The layout of the house was perfect for our group. The deck, sunroom, kitchen, and living area had ample seating and space for all of us to be together. The house is well appointed with just about everything you might need for a large family gatherjng. The appliances seem fairly new and the 2nd fridge in the garage was put to good use. The bedrooms are very good size and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect. Less then 10 mjnutes to walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

We love this area and this year we needed a large home to accommodate the entire family. This house was perfect, along with being spacious it was well equipped with everything that is needed in a home away from home. The pool table, ping pong table, board games & puzzles were used often by all! Great house for a relaxing week in Rhode Island.

Great stay over July 4th week!
My group of 6 (3 adult couples) loved the house. We spent 4 nights over July 4th week and had an amazing time and the house and location was a big part of it. It was clean, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to choose from and was perfect for entertaining and hanging out. Great location as well right in the middle of Narragansett and only a half hour to Newport. Thanks to the owners for a great place to stay…they were a pleasure to coordinate and communicate with, and always quickly responded to messages and were very clear with instructions.

We spent the most wonderful weekend at this beautiful, spacious home celebrating our daughter’s graduation from Salve Regina University. The house was perfect for our family of 18. We spent so much time in the kitchen/great room area and the sun porch. There was plenty of space for us all to enjoy being together. The young adults enjoyed the ping pong and pool tables. Each bedroom was beautiful and comfortable. The house was spotless and so welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with every possible item you could imagine needing. We would definitely love to stay at this lovely home again!

Wonderful Beach House!
This house was much bigger than it looked in the photos. We had a larger group of 12 people and there was plenty of space! 4 separate full baths were a huge plus for getting ready. The kitchen was big enough for several people to cook/bake/prepare food all at the same time without getting in each others ways, and it had all the essentials. The close walk to the beach was beautiful for sunrise and sunset. We would love to come again some day!

The house smelled good, was clean and spotless, had ice, water dispenser, paper towels, cleaning supplies, trash bags, toilet paper. Absolutely everything we needed. Bright and sunny rooms and lots of room for family to eat together as well as space for everyone to have privacy. Whirlpool tub was clean and absolutely wonderful. Great for family vacations, wedding parties, and even for a day inter getaway would be great. Can walk to the beach but takes 20 min. Off season after Labor Day parking is free at the beach.

We stayed at this gorgeous place for a bachelorette/bachelor party with a group of 13 and this house was absolutely perfect for our group. It was incredibly clean when we arrived and the house had more than enough space for our group. The outdoor space was beautiful and there was more than enough seating inside and out for our entire group. The pool table and ping pong table got plenty of use too! The location was perfect for our trip with plenty of restaurants, bars, and ocean views within ten minutes. Kathryn and Dan were super helpful and quick to respond with anything we may have needed. Our whole group loved this spot and can’t wait to return for our next group gathering. We wish we could give more than 5 stars! Thank you!!!

A group of 18 of us stayed here for a girls weekend in early May. The house was perfect for what we needed and there was plenty of room. Great home for entertaining!
We rented this house to host my husband’s 40th birthday party, and it was absolutely perfect! There was enough space for everyone to spread out. We had dancing and a slide show in one room, games and a bar set up in another, and plenty of space for anyone who wanted to spend the night. GREAT Stay!
We had such a wonderful time at this property. The location is great--just a few minutes' drive from the lighthouse. The common spaces were spacious and accommodated our party. The kitchen had all the pots/pans/etc. for us to cook dinner. We LOVED the pool table downstairs and had lots of space for board games and hanging out. The hosts are wonderful and were available if we had any questions. Truly such a great spot!

My 18 friends and I stayed at Kathryn and Dan’s house for alumni weekend and everything about it was perfect. The house was so large, with space for everyone to comfortably fit. Family vacation
We had 9 adults and 5 children with us and more family staying in two additional houses close by. This great house allowed the space for all 27 of us to gather for meals, games, conversations, and fun. It was the perfect house. Young adults would be in one room, children played downstairs, and the mature had room for conversation.

Beautiful, spacious and clean!
Rented for a bachelor party gathering. What a great house! This home was very spacious! Plenty of room for all 13 guests. Everyone loved the pool table and ping pong table - hours of fun! The back deck had enough seating for all and was a great place to catch some fresh air and have a few drinks. The kitchen had everything you would need to accommodate all 13 of us. There was plenty of parking as well. The host couldn't have been nicer and was quick to respond when I reached out. One of the guests had forgotten their air pods and when I called the host, they quickly checked and found them. They went out of their way to mail them via UPS as well. Just a great experience and I would definitely recommend this house!
