2nd Christmas with Extended Family
We had a great time! I would recommend this property to anyone. The decor and style emphasize the country roots of Nashville and Tennessee. There are lots of entertainment options for kids outdoor and indoor. The interior layout is especially unique with the basement being below the main house and guest house. Everyone thought that was so cool. Dustin was prompt to respond with any questions that we had during our stay. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great spot for getting the family together
Our family of 10 gathered together to celebrate the holidays together. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked out great for us. Since it was winter, we spent all of our time indoors and did not take advantage of the wonderful outdoor amenities. I will caution others that this is a cabin and the soundproofing is limited. In the main floor bedroom you can hear the movements and conversations in the bedroom directly above. Similarly, the one above could hear the sounds from the bedroom on the main floor. Not a deal breaker, but something to anticipate. We would have appreciated more comfortable seating in the basement where we spent most of our time hanging out. Aside from the couches, there are 4 "rolling" chairs and four wooden stools. The bench seating at the large dining table upstairs is fine for a meal, but not comfortable to extended periods of playing games. Fortunately we had brought along an extra folding table so we could mock up a space in the basement where the TVs were.We learned the hard way not to leave our food out on the counters. Make space in the cabinets and put things away if you bring along your own food. There are multiple cans of ant killer so we clearly aren't the first.Dustin was a great communicator throughout the entire process. Overall I definitely recommend this place! Just be prepared for the little things.

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin immensely. Plenty of room for everyone, scenic location and close enough to enjoy Nashville. The pool and games were big hits with the grandsons. Dustin was very quick to answer questions and had great suggestions. Definiitely would rent again.

Fun long weekend in Nashville
Our family chose the Music City Country Cabin rental because it came across as top notch and provided a lot of space for the 7 of us. We wanted to have fun options if we stayed at the house, but not be too far from the city activities either. From beginning to end, Dustin and the property were ideal. Dustin's communication was timely and thorough. Questions were answered quickly when they popped up. The home is more like a compound when you factor the guest house. The home has a ton or character combining a log cabin feel with modern amenities. There is a lot of land around, and while you're just off the main road, from the back of the house it feels like you've escaped civilization. The pool area was a blast. The game activities inside made us wish we stayed longer. Sleeping arrangements would have accommodated more than our group of 7. All in all, great trip and would highly recommend this property.

Pleasant View Vacation
Very much enjoyed our stay. Loved the pool. Our kids and grandkids couldn't stay out of it. The log cabin theme was nice. The game room was a HUGE success. Plenty of room inside and out. There is a huge table off of kitchen that housed all 11 of us, for dinner and family games. Close to Nashville that we visited twice. Only a couple of minor issues that Dustin (owner) cleared up quickly. He was very responsive.

Nice stay outside Nashville
We enjoyed our stay and the owner was easy to work with and very quick in communicating with us. There were some issues with the VRBO app in the days leading up to the trip so that delayed some messages getting to us but once we arrived we texted and it was much faster. We did have an issue with the AC at the guest house which was resolved within a few hours. Both houses were clean and offered plenty of space for our group. A heads up that the gathering areas with couches and TVs is in the basement of the main house, otherwise it's around a large table in kitchen or dining area on the main floor. A big pool/hot tub and deck area allowed us to be outdoors most days, we grilled out two nights too and while we didn't use it, there's a huge yard., plus you are just a 25-minute drive to downtown Nashville. The house sits on a 2-lane state highway and was a little noisy at times with traffic if you're outside. Not a deal breaker for us but worth noting if you are looking for seclusion. We had 3 generations, and the bedrooms are quiet for those going to bed early or those sleeping in. (coffee bar in the kitchen was a nice extra plus there's a local coffee shop in town) Basement was a great kids/teens space! Overall, a nice property we'd consider again! Thanks!

Daughter’s 30th and 1st Family Vacation
Our 1st family vacation was wonderful. Thank you for hosting us at your beautiful cabin. There was more than enough space for everyone and the the hot tub was the “hot spot”. We were close enough to the grocery store and restaurants. It was great to be able to cook with my mom and aunt in the beautiful kitchen then eat at the bench. All in all this was the perfect location and perfect place for our family. We will definitely be booking again should we visit Nashville again.
