The hotel staff was pleasant. The hotel is in a good location, near the Opryland Hotel. The room was not clean. The sheets had black dirt on then and one of the two mattress had a very large and visible stain on it. The hotel common areas seem clean, but have a very musty smell. The hotel room condition was enough for us not to stay the night; we left.

The staff members were polite and helpful. They let us know about the shuttle services to downtown and the prices charged there to park. The lady working the breakfast area was a great help as well. She kept the area stocked and clean. The only issues were the thermostat was harder to regulate and the TV streaming was slow. But, everything else was great!!!
