Great, fantastic stay, again!

Amazing, great stay again this year! The receptionist, forgot his name, long hair, dreadlocks, was so friendly and kind at checkin and Andrew and his colleague from valet downstairs were so attentive and helpful too!

Love this hotel! Born and raised in Nashville, so I get picky about my hotels. I love the staff and the views here. It was such an easy walk to Bridgestone arena to go to the hockey game.

Beware of the parking! There’s a package that includes parking. Get it. Or you’ll be out more per night than other similar hotels . If I’d booked directly through the hotel I would’ve been much better off.

No signage in the entrance to the building directing hotel guests to go to the 5th floor to sign in; rooms are on level 6 and above. To find where the checkin desk was, I went into the restaurant on the first level with luggage. The bar tender directed me to the elevator bank off the side of the outside entrance which is not easy to see from the sliding glass doors entry to the building. No signage to take the elevator to the 5th floor for checkin. Very odd!

This property has a great location for those visiting for a weekend in Nashville. It was less than 10 minutes to walk to the nightlife on Broadway as well as the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Gulch. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Coffee is free in room but no free water or coffee in the lobby. Pool is located outside on the 5th floor and have to walk through the lobby/bar/lounge area to access it so be sure to bring a cover-up!
