I recently stayed at clarion, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff and the breakfast was great also they have pool and hot tub. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

I have stayed at other Choice hotels in the area and this one was great, clean up to date nice size rooms and for a business traveler a great value.Clean, and very welcoming. The lady that greeted us when we got in (which was past 9 p.m I believe) was very nice and pleasant to speak with. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.Dining area was nice, upbeat and clean. Waffle maker, yogurts, cereals, oatmeal, juice machine, eggs, coffee.

Property was dirty. Trash food on floors First room heat didn’t work and we waited 15 minutes and called again. Girl said she was alone and couldn’t help so we had to pack up and move to another room. There was a large group of people and were smoking lot in elevator area. No staff except front desk girl. It was too late to find. Mother hotel so we moved to another room. Curtains were cut. Rug dirty. We had to lift the lid off toilet to pull plunger up to get it to flush. Got up to showe and no hot water. Called a maid in and she got a manager. He was rude and yelled at us saying he was sick of us people who just wanted a free room and said Jesus would get us. I would say stay away from this hotel. Better to sleep in your car.

all the shopping areas and restaurants. They serve a nice breakfast from 6-9 and the person who helped us check in was super friendly and helpful. Also they have a decent size pool that is really vacant,They also have a hot tub that is located inside along with towels to dry off with. Wifi works great too.they also have hot breakfast which was nice part.

I liked everything when it came down to being clean and having good breakfast in the morning. There was so much noise that you kept getting woke up. We were by the door people came in and out of. The side doors didn’t latch coming and going from the hotel. Kids playing in the pool making noise after hours. I talked to another couple and they mentioned the police being there over domestic violence. Not really a safe place to be. Everything else was perfect but these important aspects were not rating in the safety part of the stay.

Clean but worn out

Hotel was probably top notch 30 or40 years ago. Needs some updating especially tub area some new lighting in aisles. Not bad for the money.

When I arrived to check in the room was already paid for through hotels.com. I was also charged a $50 deposit for the room which wouldn’t be a big deal if I wasn’t low on money. She informed me that my deposit would not be back into my account for 6-10 days. This makes no sense to me. Get settled in and go to watch tv and could not get even one channel. Realizing there was no WiFi, called the front desks to inform them of the situation. Was told there was a glitch and she would reboot it but it never came on so entire stay I had no WiFi access and no television. If that wasn’t bad enough, when I woke up to get ready for work I discovered 2 bed bugs in the bed I was sleeping in. I do not believe I will ever stay with Clarion again. Not pleasant at all.
