At 1st it seemed perfectly fine, staff became rude as ever. $3 for a can of cola!????? No vending or extra blankets. And then to top it all off, My autistic daughter was trapped in the BROKEN elevator and I couldn’t find her! I intend on seeking a lawyer concerning this matter!
It must be a newer hotel. I seen a big sign coming in saying “Glo now open.” Very clean and probably the best continental breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms are very nice. Great stay for the price. We went into downtown Nashville both days. Maybe a 15 mins drive.
THE WORSE HOTEL EXPERIENCE‼️‼️‼️
During my stay, my car—along with several others—was broken into and severely damaged. I had to pay $1,500 out of pocket to replace all four windows. Despite this being a known and ongoing issue at the property, the general manager repeatedly refused to refund my stay, showing a complete lack of accountability and concern for guest safety.
Due to the seriousness of the situation and the hotel’s refusal to resolve the matter, I have handed this issue over to my attorney and will allow them to handle it from here. However, in good conscience, I couldn’t let others book without knowing the risks.
This kind of negligence is unacceptable. I sincerely hope this review helps others make an informed decision and avoid the stress, inconvenience, and financial burden I experienced.
Do NOT stay here. Our car window as well as 17 others was was busted out at 6am on Sunday morning. The officer who came to file a report for us told us she was just out there Friday for the same thing, 20 cars and the Saturday before as well. The hotel staff does not care and they will tell you they're not responsible. On the video of my car window being busted out, a red car pulls in, several people get out of the car and they all go through the parking lot busting out car windows and stealing items from cars. Not sure how the staff sitting upfront with the cameras didnt see this happening..It happens so often here they have print outs upfront with the phone number to call to file a police report. Awful experience. Cost us $260 for a new window and that's not even including what was stolen. The walls are also paper thin, we listened to people run up and down the halls all night. They won't refund anything do dont bother asking. The pictures also make it seem as though the hotel is new and it's definitely not. It's an old hotel they threw some paint over

Hotel and staff were really good, but the hotel is in a very bad area right now. Our first night there 15 cars had windows broken. Police said it’s ongoing in the area with hotels around the airport so not just this one. Hotel staff said it’s happened multiple times, but definitely seems to be getting worse.
Checked out early to find a more secure hotel.
Really good Hotel. My son and i traveled from Memphis to Nashville for a Concert at Downtown. Clean, well located and it looks like has been renew. Good option.
