This was conveniently located for our work trip. I am glad I brought slippers because the concrete floor is slippery. If you're not familiar with SW Arkansas, the more shallow aquifer has water that tastes like dirt. There was a water pitcher at the property (I can't recall the brand; not Brita or Pur) but no filters. If you have strong preferences in how your water tastes, bring a few gallons or try a water filter. Other than that, the property was adequate. I think the faux antique doors were meant to hide the poor quality of the door jam construction. There are hook closures on the 2 doors leading to the shared bathroom. Other doors just swung shut.
We loved being close to downtown Nashville. We visited a few restaurants, a gift store, and the farmer's market on our way out. There are free range chickens (read: rooster) and barking dogs adjacent to the property. This didn't bother me, but my coworkers had a harder time sleeping through this.
