Clean, enjoyable stay and convenient location.
This was my wife and I's first time in Nashville, and this rental was a great home base. The location was convenient for everything that we planned to see during our short visit. It was clean and comfortable. The staircase was a tad steep for our black lab, but she eventually conquered them. We would definitely consider rebooking if we're in the area again. Host was very nice and attentive.

Perfect spot- especially with the dog!
Loved this cozy carriage house! Pics are 100% accurate. Neighborhood is fabulous- quick walk to coffee spots, bars, restaurants, shopping. Easy access to main roads to get everywhere in Nashville. Reserved parking spot is great. Bed & furniture was all very comfortable. TV worked well and it was easy to sign into our own YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon accounts. No problems with wifi. We only used sink and Keurig coffee maker, but all other kitchen appliances seemed to be new and functioning well.Quiet at night. HVAC kept it a comfortable temperature. Area was perfect for having our golden retriever with us. Fun neighborhood to walk in. Very easy walk to Belmont campus. When in Nashville next time, I will check availability of this place first. Would love to return!

Great house, safe location, easy access
We really enjoyed our time in Nashville and one thing about this house that's unique is it's location. The neighborhood is nice, the shops/restaurants are all walking distance, but the private parking lot is really nice. You can park your car there and then the Uber/Lyfts can pick you up easily in the lot without having to block the road. Of course if you only wanted to walk to dinner and shopping then that's an option too! The house was great and we loved our time!

Weekend from the summer!
House was perfect for my 2 girlfriends and me! Easy to get anywhere in town and the kitchen and bedroom was the perfect size. We loved sitting and talking in the living room. I did slip and fall down the stairs one time because I was wearing socks LOL but I'm not hurt (it was just funny). Check-in and out was super easy and it was an awesome weekend!

Perfect for a Night Downtown
Had tickets for a downtown show in Nashville and this was the perfect little place to spend a couple of nights. Clean, comfortable, and cozy! It was a quick Uber ride to downtown and plenty of places to eat and explore close by. Would love to stay here again.

The location was great. Walked to restaurants on 21 st ave. Walked to pick up the trolley near Belmont mansion so we didn’t have to drive our car downtown. Nice big bedroom and bathroom. Slept well. Has everything you need for a short stay.

What a perfect location to be smack dab in the middle of everything! Restaurants, shopping, our daughter’s apartment, and Belmont University where she is attending were all within walking distance. It was a lovely carriage house, decorated beautifully. Much more spacious than I was thinking. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location
We were in town for a family wedding, but didn’t want to stay downtown with all the chaos and late nights. This location in a suburb right next to Belmont University was perfect for our family. We were even able to bring our dog which was an excellent bonus! It was walking distance to favorite eateries, such as pancake, pantry, and grilled Cheeserie and jenis added to the place. The cottage was spotless. The beds were amazing and comfortable. stay with confidence.

CMA Fest 2023!
1st time in Nashville and this carriage house was a great opener. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood but easy access to downtown. A very good experience. A couple of minor items:1) no washer/dryer makes it tough for an 8 day stay. 2) No dishwasher or garbage disposal, and kitchen is really small (and only 1 dish towel in the unit). 3) Parking is very tight especially with the huge dumpster being used for apt. renovations. This will get cleared up but a large car/truck will have difficulty in this parking area.

Great Stay!
It was perfect for our visit as we moved our Belmont student into his new apartment. The place was very quiet, well-equipped and appointed. It was in a great location, convenient to groceries, restaurants and coffee, as well as both Vanderbilt and Belmont. We will stay here again.
