Noisy Trains, Noisy Construction Neighborhood feels dark and unsafe
This wonderful APT is right next to the railroad tracks which have trains going by, often honking their horns all day and night. The trains pass over the river outside the APT on a trestle bridge which is very noisy. In addition, there is a major redevelopment project going on right across the street and the construction crews start with the heavy equipment at 7 AM. The neighborhood is dark and feels unsafe at night. I suspect that this entire neighborhood except for this complex is due for major redevelopment over the next years and will be beautiful BUT right now , it is a noisy dark seemingly unsafe location. The facility is new and beautiful. Really too bad about the location.

Needs a deep clean
Bedrooms tables need to be dusted and vacuumed under the bed. We found various belongs of previous guests under our bed. Condo needs to be sprayed for bugs. Spider webs around can lights in front bedroom and in halls. Exhaust fan in second bath does not work and sink does not drain. No regular coffee maker like we were told

FYI was scared thinking room was a scam due to not getting in room to the exact time. No bars in tub were all pass 70 yrs of age. Furniture was wobbly a train kept passing by a lot of noise wasn’t told about that. A few bugs I took a picture a very shady area last I paid fee for cleaning service yet I get text take sheets off bed. Start dishwasher. I will not recommend nor stay again. Thank you ohh and a door was unlocked to get into bldg. I guess code machine was broken

Condo was very clean. Beautifully decorated extremely comfortable. Close enough to the action but far enough to have quiet moments coffee / wine on the terrace overlooking the river was lovely. Washer and dryer always a plus.

Very nice place
Property was just as the pictures showed. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and stuff. I to have a complaint about the amount of towels. Honestly one bath towel for each person and one hand towel, clearly was not enough. I brought my own fitted sheet because a flat sheet on the mattress never stayed on.

Nashville for a concert at Bridgestone
We were in town for a concert at Bridgestone. It was an easy 1 mile walk, the area wasn’t the nicest-we definitely passed several people sleeping on the street between Broadway and the apartment. The wording in the check instructions was a little confusing-just know that “building access code” and “garage access code” are used interchangeably and mean the same thing. While we felt the unit was sanitary, it was not particularly “clean” lots of spider webs, cobwebs, and dust. There was also a coffee drink that was spilled (not by us) in the elevator lobby on Friday and was still present on Sunday-so not sure who is responsible for property maintenance, but they apparently don’t work on the weekends. Overall, this was a nice place and a good value. We would likely stay again.

Beautiful apartment
The apartment was amazing. Definitely exceeded our expectations. It was a lot bigger inside than I anticipated, and the balcony overlooking the Cumberland river was awesome. We loved that there was a short 15-20 minute walk to Broadway. It was fantastic that the listing came with one parking space, being that we rented a car. We would definitely recommend this place to other and will certainly consider staying here again next time we are in Nashville.

The condo was beautiful and in a great location. Everything was in walking distance for what we wanted to do. A little scary at night walking back from Broadway. The condo was nice and clean. Everything was great but one thing that was not good was the bed. We only used the king size bed, the mattress was very hard and it felt like you were sleeping on plywood and the bed linen was rough and scratchy. They did not have fitted sheets for the bottom sheets which made it even more uncomfortable.

Convenient and trendy
Good location in regard to downtown. Sits very close to active railway, so be prepared for loud from the train. The view is awesome. Hopefully, they take my advice as it relates to the flat sheets that were used in place of fitted. Swap the flat for fitted and the next guests will get better sleep, for sure. Overall, the place was clean, with only minor “corner spots” that were, and likely have been overlooked for some time.

Lovely unit in a great section of town near Broadway. One is led to believe that CK in information is available 24 hrs before CK in time. This is not the case. Entry code not available until minutes before our time. This left us in a panic, didn't know if the app was working properly. No dust pan provided!!

Nice place
We enjoyed our stay. The property was as pictured. Gave it a 4 star instead of 5 for a couple reasons. First is the beds had flat sheets instead of fitted. They didn't stay in place at all. Second is there were no basics in the kitchen. No salt and pepper, no coffee pods, creamer or sugar. A few basics would have been nice. But overall, enjoyed our stay.

Here comes the train
Let me preface this by saying we stay in short term rentals a lot and this is my first less than stellar review. If you have kids they will probably love the trains that run right beside this unit. They run pretty constant day and night. Take earplugs unless you are a sound sleeper because they are loud. Check in was a nightmare. I was sent two different codes and neither opened the gate to get into the parking garage. Customer service with Vacasa (I thought I was renting directly from VRBO) was very rude and I could barely understand her accent. After almost twenty minutes trying to gain access I was finally sent a link to download an app which finally got us in. No one wants to spend that long after driving 10 hours just trying to gain entry. The check in directions should CLEARLY and emphatically state you really need the app to gain access. I could barely see the numbers on the funky keypad due to bright sun. There is a lot of road construction (long term) in the area so it takes a while to get anywhere. There were zero coffee pods to get you started with the Keurig which we didn’t realize until our first morning of waking up to NO coffee. This was a first for us. Our rentals have always at least had a starter supply. There were also zero condiments like salt and pepper. On a bright night, the beds were extremely comfortable.

This condo is absolutely breath taking. All of the rooms have a gorgeous modern feel and yet still gives a very comfortable homey vibe. It’s in a great location if you’re trying to go to strip. Ubers were always close by and having the parking garage gave you peace of mind for your vehicle.

This location is awesome very clean great view of the Cumberland River very safe great great security for both garage and to rooms . Condo unit has great layout, perfect for 2 couples, with both 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms.Only 20 minute walk to downtown Broadway . Highly recommend!!
