Positive points about this property:
-It was very clean
-The location was very good
-The bed was comfortable
Negative points about this property:
-Although it is advertised as the “fire and rainfall room”, there are two distinct rooms, not one. The rooms do not connect, nor is there any common space for gathering. I would not consider taking a family here unless one parent sleeps in each room, as kids could escape without notice.
-The living space is tiny. We had the rainfall room, which was comprised of a king size bed and a TV. No chairs for sitting or a dresser. There is a gigantic shower with a clear glass front that is in the bedroom rather than the bathroom. I would not consider renting this room with anyone except a spouse.
-There were only two electrical outlets in the space. One was at the foot of the bed on one side and the other one was beside the toilet. The one by the toilet was too far from the sink and mirror to be able to use it for drying or curling hair, shaving etc.
-The one wall in the bedroom that did not have a door or shower on it, had several holes that needed to be patched. It also had multiple colors of paint, as if someone had tried to paint over something with a different shade of brown.
-There is no lock on the door to the tiny entryway into the room. The refrigerator is in the tiny entryway, leaving it open for others to come in and take stuff out.
-The welcoming email tells you that you need to unload your car in the 15 minute zone and then find a place on the street to park. in fact, all the on-street parking seemed to be have a two hour limit. We had to find a parking lot and pay to park. It was only five dollars and about a block away though.
