This was our second stay at the Stylish Charmer and we loved it again. The unit is spacious, clean, bright, well appointed and in a great location, walkable to several restaurants and shops.

Stylish condo close super close to Belmont
Beautiful place, love the shabby chic boho decor, super close to Belmont, great amenities! There is even a beautiful wall mural on the fence out back, which provided great photo ops! The host was very attentive with excellent communication throughout our stay! The only thing I will say however, the master bedroom can potentially be loud depending on the renters above you. Ours were very loud, unfortunately there are wood floors above us and guests above wore heels and were loud talkers and early risers. However, we did tell the Host and they did attempt to rectify the situation, very apologetic. Also each bedroom has noise machines. Our 15 year slept in the bedroom off the living room didn’t hear anything, but we needed the bathroom fan on and the noise machine to drown out the noise. Otherwise this would have been a 100% perfect stay, but I still would rate it a 95%. I would stay again, but would request the upper unit.

Perfect for a Girls Weekend
My sister, niece and I stayed for several days and really appreciated the ultra-clean unit, very roomy spaces, updated decor, and safe feeling. We loved the extras, like kitchen basics, salt & pepper, K cups, and plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap. So many rental places go cheap on this - but this place did it right, and made it feel like a luxury stay. The only issue was parking. Only 1 space for the unit, and the other cars had to park on the street. It worked out fine and we didn't have any issues with the cars on the street. The property manager was responsive to issues. Overall we would stay again and recommend. Also important to know that the second bedroom has one bed and a single size futon as the other bed, which worked okay for us.

Great house and great location!
We have nothing negative to say about our stay - the unit within the house came as advertised and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. We stayed during the week and found the house to be very quiet. However, the weekend guests arriving on Friday did liven up the house! Al in all, great accommodations for our stay in Nashville. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Awesome apartment! Perfect location!
I’ve been to Nashville many times and I have stayed everywhere and this place was fantastic! Great location- close to 12 South, Belmont, The Gulch and about 8 minutes drive time to Broadway. Property is adorable and well appointed. Plenty of room for four guests. Everything was clean, very nice and Eric and his team are amazing with communication and help should you need anything. I had a small request and he had it taken care of immediately. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This apartment is impeccably decorated, spacious, and convenient. Everything was perfect. We stayed as a small family group for Vanderbilt graudation and loved the quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. Hope to be back again!

READ my DETAILS
1 Queen bed in a room. 1 Queen bed in another room with a twin size daybed 1 Pull out queen sized sofa bed in family room 1 inflatable mattress available, did not see what size. We had 7 in our group. If we had more, we would have had to use the inflatable mattress. The pull out sofa is where I slept and I think it was comfortable. No issues with it. I wore an eye mask because the family room curtains are not black out curtains and a lot of daylight streams in in the morning. I was told the daybed was okay. We had 1 disappointing thing happen, which the property manager addressed quickly, but not sure whether or not it has been changed yet. So I will say this...ASK WHAT DATE AND TIME THE LAWN SERVICE IS SCHEDULED TO DO THEIR YARD WORK AT THIS HOUSE before you book or you might just be woken up with an army of lawn mowers that sound like they are inside the house at 8am on a Saturday. I am NOT saying to not stay here. I am saying JUST ASK in advance. This house is just too cute to pass by on without simply checking on that. We enjoyed staying there very much, (except the lawn mowers). It is NOT in walking distance of 5th and Broadway, so just Uber there and back. (When you are ready to go home at night, walk a few blocks away from Broadway, then order an Uber. They are difficult to get at 2am and we often got cancelled on.) The house has a really cute mural painted in the parking area for taking group photos with your friends. Have fun and stay safe!

Cute decor and nice neighborhood!
We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and with all the gate and door locks. The decor was so cute and just as pictured minus a few light bulbs needing to be replaced. It was nice that there were sound machines in the rooms to drown out any noise. We walked 2 minutes to coffee most mornings. Street parking was also very easy! We would stay again.

One night in Nashville
The place is adorable. A lot of detail went into the space. I wish it were home. We had a pit stop on our way to Florida. We love to stay in Nashville. We usually stay in a hotel. This was much better. I do wish there was a king sized bed, just used to it. We also had the best greeter, Obie!!! The robes were awesome and comfy. Thanks Eric for making our short stay memorable. We walked downtown, bring your sneakers and ate at Athens and international market. We walked through Belmont U and saw the beautiful buildings. We will or a y stay here yearly. Cannot think of a better place.

Great location. Great Stay.
We were in Nashville over March Madness weekend, plus a home game for the Predators. All hotel rooms in the area were outrageously expensive. Found this location on VRBO for a great price and we enjoyed it so much more than a hotel room. Plenty of room for all four of us, clean, comfortable. Only issue (and they let us know at the time of booking) was with it being an older home and converted you can sometimes hear the folks in the adjoining apartments. We did with some of them coming home VERY late and waking up one of us staying in the back bedroom. But again - it was March Madness weekend. We really enjoyed the property and our stay.
