This is a wonderful property. I like that they allow pets. Anywhere. Also felt like home. Good location to nearby bars, entertainment, food. Short ride to nearby attractions I would definitely stay here again.

From check-in to check-out, the hospitality and service were outstanding. When we realized we didn’t have a proper phone charger, we inquired at the front desk, and the hotel manager generously lent us his personal charger. The interior design and meticulous attention to detail give this hotel a true five-star ambiance. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant, where our waiter was exceptionally attentive and friendly. The food and service were both excellent. Upon checkout, the managers greeted us warmly with handshakes and kind words of appreciation, leaving us with a lasting impression of their exceptional care and professionalism. We look forward to returning!

Exceptional service! Unique features and layout!
We found hotel to be in a great location. It is a very one of a kind hotel with so many options available for drinks and food. Enjoyed every meal and the exceptional service from the front desk to the restaurant/bar. Would highly recommend!

I wasn’t aware the rooms wouldn’t be cleaned everyday, it was later when we found out we could order room cleaning through the TV. Overall great place and a great experience. We went to the NYE party and had an amazing time. This was our first trip to Nashville and we plan on coming back in the next few years

We had a pleasant stay at this property overall, but we encountered an issue on New Year's Eve. We returned to our rooms around 1am to find a loud, club-like atmosphere that persisted until 2am, followed by loud music on our floor until about 4am. It was frustrating and made it hard to sleep, especially since we specifically chose this property to avoid the noise of the downtown area. Fortunately, the other nights were much more peaceful and enjoyable.

I loved the at it was pet friendly. I didn’t like that we stayed on New Year’s Eve and wasn’t told ahead of time that the roof would be closed to the hotel guest if we didn’t purchase a $250 ticket to the closed party. Other than that. It always great.
