Disappointing - again!

Pros: Location.
Cons: Management!
Location: Near Opryland and Nashville.
This 'Recently Refurbished' apartment was far from clean! Issues raised with Front Desk took days to be inadequately addressed. (Stayed here four years ago and had similar experience but had been hopeful that the new management would have addressed cleanliness of apartments as a priority. Obviously, I was wrong! ) It also took a week of strong refusals for the high pressure sales staff to finally stop contacting us! American 'Batchelorette Party' smoking IN and around pool area, whilst drinking from glass bottles. (All in plain sight of signs advocating that neither smoking nor glass containers were permitted within the pool area.)
