Staff are so nice and friendly, just walking distance if you want to try other restaurants. Access to atlantis is wonderful as it’s a bit pricy. We’ll surely come back as highly recommended. There’s just a minor things to improve,like the vent fan in our room. Keep up the good service.

Nice place to stay. We had a six night stay. It is in close proximity to the local Nassau tourist spots. Proximity to Atlantis is a great plus. We are given free access to the Atlantis hotel property, casino & the water activities & is a great benefit. All in all, we had a great time.

Our room ac didn't work the first night so they had to relocate us on the following night after the maintenance man came to check it the next night. I believe that the response was too slow and should have been dealt with better and sooner.

Perfectly located on Paradise island this is a well built and maintained hotel. Some furniture is a bit old, but in fully operational state. The personnelle is very helpful. Rooms are spacious.

Old needs to be updated
First the staff is very friendly and professional. The place is old: 1. Seal in door loose and the wind created a constant knock on the door. The toilet flapper is broke so it constantly had water running. The shower was unable to fully engage so water flow was very low. The AC had no control if temperature and I couldn’t turn it off. Set at very cold. I finally un plugged it. I reported all the above to front desk. Hopefully each will be corrected for next occupant. Room 208. Not restful at all.

Splendid Staff
The staff is amazing. Rooms are perfect for a room, if you plan to spend a lot of time in your hotel room, this may not be your place. 5 minute walk to Atlantis! 15 minutes to get to water park (bonus its FREE with your stay). 15-20 minutes to public beach! FREE breakfast every morning will save you a ton of money on the islands!
