Stayed at this resort March 4-7 the manager Ms. Burrows made this the worst experience for me, had a family emergency had to head home early, Expedia approved my refund of 1700 she refused to approve the refund. She started arguing in the lobby made a big fuss while I showed her the proof that Expedia said that they declined she continuously lied to my face stating it’s on Expedia when I spoke with Expedia being a platinum traveler they were going to waive the fees because of the emergency. The other staff was great but real leadership is being questioned at this time. I usually stay at this hotel being a Bahamian but I will never stay here again just because of her bias decision, asking where do I live? I don’t know what this had to do with the situation at hand. Worst experience ever from a manager being an experienced traveler.

The property is not properly maintained! room was dirty and have the toilet leak in my bathroom. I have pictures of the bathroom above me leaking into my bathroom and it was disgusting! Same tasteless breakfast is served everyday! Will never come back!

Comfort Suites had everything we needed for our weeks stay. The breakfast was a bonus as dining is pricey on the island. It was also fun to be able to use and have access to Atlantis water adventure. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist. Glad we stayed there! We would stay again.

The rooms need to be upgraded. It is an older hotel and maintenance is needed. However the staff was lovely. The pool and bar restaurant area were nice. It is conveniently close to Atlantis and the use of the facilities is included in the cost of the stay.

Cleanliness was severely lacking in hallways and elevators, and the odor was repulsive. Front desk staff were lovely, restaurant personnel did not follow orders on a take out, and when a refund was requested, I was ignored. Food voucher was not clearly defined. Cleaning staff was excellent in rooms and manners. Breakfast had many choices, was hot and clean... probably the best I've seen for a buffet.

One of the main selling points of this property is its proximity to Atlantis and also the access to Atlantis pools and the "Aquaventure" water park. It is extremely close, about a 5 minute walk. The staff are EXCELLENT. The rooms (though they most they have been refurbished, but maybe 10 years ago?) are in need of another round of refurbishment. Free breakfast! Daily from 7-10am.
