Great location! If you want Atlantis access this is the spot. Hotel is next to Atlantis and Marina Village. The free breakfast was great and saved us lots of $. Rooms are clean and comfortable but nothing fancy. Staff, location and free Atlantis wristband daily is outstanding. This was our second time staying here.

I loved the access to Atlantis and the walkability of the property. Staff was freindly and helpfull. I did not like how dated the rooms are. They are clean but the rooms need updating. I did not like that they took the water despenser down after 9pm. It was unclear why they would take that down at night when you cant drink the water out of the faucet.

We had a bad experience when we checked in. After reviewing it, the manager contacted us two days later and offered a polite apology. It was very heartwarming and a testament to the hotel's positive attitude. This hotel has good access to Atlantis, the rooms are clean, and breakfast is included. I think it is great value. So despite the slightly unpleasant experience, our trip to the Bahamas was very enjoyable and safe and we would stay again

Great location for family
Overall, it was good. Great value for the price. Front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Restaurant was decent. Loved the welcome complimentary stuff as VIP Expedia member - definitely enjoyed them thank you. Room was dated but clean. Only complaint was the shower - lacks pressure and doesn't drain well. Breakfast was awesome. And location to Atlantis was pretty good.

The staff in the hotel area is wonderful—very attentive and always ready to assist. However, the property is quite outdated. The carpeting is in poor condition, and there was a roof leak on the 5th floor hallway that caused musty and moldy odors throughout the area. The bathrooms are in need of renovation, with new faucets required and the need for a fresh coat of paint. The air conditioning units were below expectations and require replacement. Overall, the unpleasant smells throughout the common areas are disturbing, and it would be best to remove the carpeting and renovate the entire hotel. Having stayed at Comfort Inns in the U.S., I was disappointed by the condition of this property in the Bahamas. The hotel has great potential, but it’s clear that better care is needed to maintain it

I loved that it put me within 8 minutes of walking distance to Atlantas water park without the greater expense. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the park and area. I feel they went above and beyond to help us out in a few sticky areas. The pool was great, my daughter loved it. The room was comfortable, clean and the housekeeping staff kept it that way. The only negative we experienced was the Wi-fi. It was weak and slow and we ended up just using our phones as hotspots. Other than the wi-fi our stay was top notch. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!
