We liked that all amenities and activities were in one location and we didn’t feel the need to leave the property. What we didn’t like is the house keeping cleaning services. The rooms could have been cleaned better, I don’t think our floors were vacuumed and mopped on a daily basis. When you hit the beach everyday you kind of expect the floors are cleaned. Also amenities could have been refilled without us having to call housekeeping almost on a daily basis.

The value for the price is not worth it. They have 9 slides and 3 or more were closed at all times. Our “2 bedroom sweet” was just 2 conjoined rooms. Our shower leaked. The drain was clogged. Our “master bedroom” bathroom door was broken and couldnt be closed. (2 sliding doors that weren’t plumb) they tried to fix them twice and failed. Made it worse. Our rainfall shower didn’t work, they replaced it with a regular shower head that also didn’t work. The body sprayer pointed right at the open section of the glass and flooded the bathroom. You had to hold it the entire time. The enclosed toilet couldnt be lit unless all the bathroom lights were on. You’ll spend $600 /day for a family of 5 for food on top of thousands of dollars for a room with a refrigerator. The restaurants were nice but over cooked the lobster and steaks. Want a nice glass of wine? Enjoy a $26 glass of Snoop Dogg’s 19 Crimes. Nothing is included in your stay except using the pools. Night activities for kids - pay money. Ball pit in the lobby - pay money. Unless you have considerable disposable income, want to be in debt for a few years, or take out a loan, find somewhere else to go. It was really disappointing because this was a bucket list destination for our family and didn’t live up to the hype at all. The two things we enjoyed were the “lazy” river and ocean waves.

The poorest hotel with that price I have ever stayed. Rooms are old and the facilities are bad. If you have to pay almost 2000 USD per night I have to say it is not worthy. Elevator was crowded and have to wait for at least five minutes. Gratuity was added but was asked for tips again when paying. We are intensified with the pools

We enjoyed our stay. The area around the pool and the cabanas were nice. Our room was clean and spacious. The restaurants accommodated our large party with ease. For the price, it seems more should be included, but we had a great time and will visit again.

Beautiful grounds, great water park for kids. Everything is super expensive and they add a service charge onto everything- then you are asked to give an additional tip! The cheapest item in the small sundries shop at the Royal was condoms! It was cheaper to have safe sex than to buy a bag of chips! LOL! Most of the staff was very very nice. Toward the end of our trip (we stayed M-F) lots more guests arrived and we had to wait on line for elevators - which was a bit annoying. All of us got scratched and bruised on the rides, but nothing required medical attention more than a bandaid. Not a lot to do at night, Casino had very high minimums and nightclub is not open on weekdays. The meals we had at NOBU and FISH were excellent! Carmines and Sea Fire were disappointing. The marine life was amazing! The sea turtles and rays were my favorite! The aquarium and dolphin experiences were fantastic! The beach was beautiful, the pools were great (there were definitely pros and cons) but overall we had a very good time.

Our entire stay was absolutely incredible. We were fortunate to receive an upgrade to the Cove, and it exceeded all expectations. The room was luxurious, offering breathtaking views and direct access to water rides, white sand beaches. The customer service was exceptional—attentive and friendly.

Atlantis has become our ideal family vacay spot-5 visits in 3 years! Every time we come we are amazed with new discoveries. The property is constantly upgraded and maintained and every year there is something new added. Were there mid December and got to enjoy the holiday decor. Beautifully decorated throughout the property. Definitely the easiest vacay spot for all ages. Until next time!
