My family (8 siblings) and their children/grands (80+ total) have vacationed in the Panhandle area of Florida for the past 51 years.
I had a couple of issues upon check-in this year. I used the response system from Vacasa to let them be aware of a couple of damaged areas (small areas - holes in baseboard, peeling of edges of cabinets) - but wanted to make sure they were documented as not done by me); The larger problem I was reporting was mold in the master bath. I let them know on the message that I was not happy, that my son-in-law wouldn't even bathe the babies in the master bath (mold came out of the faucet), and that I thought I was overpaying this year. I got nothing but "bot" responses "we'll let the owners be aware". I asked after check-out if I could expect to hear from the owners, and got nothing further.
I also let them know in our texts that I did not wish to leave a bad review; that the space itself was lovely -- the living room, dining room, bedroom and deck furniture was all nice, but that the condo itself needed a little overhaul (and that the cleaning was awful). I attached pictures of the mold and the damage.
No response.
