I stayed in Turquaz for 4 nights in Feb/Mar 2022. My initial booking was for 3 but I extended by 1 as my experience was super pleasant.
Turquaz only offers around 5 rooms, so the premises and breakfast room are never crowded. As a solo traveler, I had plenty of space in my room which could easily used by two. The rooms have reliably hot water, towels, soap, wifi, central heating, television, tea/coffee and a cattle. Other reviews complain about missing shelf or closets. It is true but I found it convenient to use the bench I had in my room for cloths etc. Parking is available for free just in front of the hotel.
Breakfast is from 8 to 10 on the upper floor which offers a beautiful view over the valley. There is a buffet with mezes, cheeses, vegetables like olives and tomatoes, boiled eggs, sweets. Some photos of previous guest show it very well. Also in winter, the breakfast room is nice and warm.
Different to some other reviews, my encounters with the hotel staff was always great! I applied my weak turkish whenever I could but there is also always somebody in the hotel who can speak good english (usually at the reception). Whenever I was around, also somebody from the staff was present and ready to answer my question or provide advices.
Overall a great place to stay during your trip to Cappadocia.
