Would not stay at this location ever again.
My stay did not go as planned. I planned on valet parking only to pull up and the valet is no where to be found. My spouse drop me off so I could go in to see to find the valet. I finally find someone in valet he explain they are extremely short hand , he told me to find somewhere on the side to park and they would get to me. So we did we went checked in and bought our things to the room. We came back to valet only to not be able to find them again. We walked to our vehicle and to our surprise it was a tow zone. So we rode around a hour trying to find parking and when we did it was a 10 minute walk back to the room. We get back to the room get dressed to go relax by the pool, only to find out we were misinformed my the Hilton rep that this location had not only one pool but they had two indoor and outdoor. Only to find out there was none!! Tried to bath hot water was down even after waiting 20 minutes for it to kick in and the pressure was very low it was coming down in dribbles. Heat was broken . Tv wasn't working. I just went to sleep with hopes nothing else went wrong.

The fees is what’s the problem you have to pay 54 for valet parking that they charge to the room then they tax that so it added an additional 7 dollars. Then the room incidentals was 50 then later on they added another 25 dollar incidentals. The room itself was 117 for one night then add on parking and fees over 200 so just be prepared on that and no continental breakfast. But staff was nice and very helpful

rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at this hotel after a truly disappointing stay. I booked a room for three nights at $900, expecting a high-quality experience based on the price and the hotel's reputation. Unfortunately, the reality was far from what I had anticipated. Upon checking into the room, I was immediately struck by how dirty everything was. The floors were dusty, the bathroom had visible grime in the corners, and there were stains on the bed linens. I understand that no place is perfect, but for a hotel of this caliber, cleanliness is non-negotiable—and this was far from acceptable. The water pressure in the shower was abysmally low, making it almost impossible to take a decent shower. When you're paying this much, you'd think the basic amenities would be in top condition, but this was a huge letdown. What made it worse was the cleaning service. The staff appeared to do the bare minimum. The room was not properly cleaned during my stay, and it seemed like they only tidied up quickly without paying attention to detail. This lack of thoroughness made me feel uncomfortable, as though the hotel wasn't taking proper care of the space or its guests. I honestly can't believe I spent $900 for three nights at a property that fell so far short of expectations. I was hoping for a relaxing, pleasant stay, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I certainly won’t be returning.
