Decent stay. First room they checked me into didn’t have window shades and was on the front(traffic) side of the building. Very good about getting me in a room with shades and a quieter location. Water pressure was not great. The first night the water temp was warmish and the second night it was just barely tolerable. Also, when you turned the hot water on full in the sink, it sounded like someone was jack hammering on the pipes. When I brought this up at check out, the front desk just apologized and said that they have been working on the plumbing. I’m glad they were sorry but they didn’t offer any compensation. I am sick of hotels doing this and I will start demanding some kind of compensation. When you book a room you exchange your money for a room with certain services like a hot shower or Wi-Fi. When these are not provided for whatever reason, there should be some kind of compensation other than “I’m sorry”. You hold up your end and pay the price they ask, but they don’t always hold up their end and provide the services and amenities that you are paying for. Other things…the breakfast was very good with various choices, and the front desk staff and valet staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional.

The clerk was very nice and accomodating. The room was the worst ive been in. Things were broken and smelled bad. The tv was out also.

The rooms were not at a standard that you would think of when you say Holiday Inn. They were broken down and things didn't work. I was very disappointed. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel room had no hot water in the bathroom also therr was water flowing into the bathroom floor. After checking in for a two day stay i was forced to leave early. I reported the issues to the front desk but nothing was done

We had no hot water for either of the two (2) days/nights that we stayed there. There also was no drain stopper in the bathroom sink. The staff was fantastic and extremely helpful with everything that they had control over.

During my stay, I had mixed experiences. On the positive side, the hotel offers breakfast included in the stay, which is a great convenience and adds value to the overall experience. The food selection was decent and made mornings easier. However, I was disappointed with the lack of hot water in the shower. The weather during my visit was cold, and taking a shower became quite uncomfortable. This was a major drawback and something I hope the hotel addresses promptly. Overall, while the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, the hot water issue significantly impacted the comfort of my stay.

Switched rooms 3x in an hour
First, the front desk women are amazing. The early night, late night, and morning front desk were amazing. All 3 worked with me and went above and beyond to make my experience ok. They deserve to work for an amazing hotel. This is a management and taking care of the hotel issue. I switched rooms 3 x in the first hour of arrival and checked out the next morning, and then rebooked elsewhere for the rest of my business trip. Room 1: Double instead of the King Suite I reserved. It was dirty. Ashes on the bed. Towels in the bathroom, trash was not empty, bed was unkempt. Maybe staff hung out in there and had some fun? Room 2: Double bunk bed room. Uh. TV didn’t work. Door lock broke. Had to move me to Room 3 Room 3: Another double bunk bed room. Seriously, who is booking these? Thermostat needed batteries so A/C didn’t work. Unacceptable in a humid climate like NOLA. The next morning -no hot water, door lock broke on this room. Checked out.

The hotel looks unkept as a whole. But it was noisy and the hot water was not working. The free breakfast was ok. But just ok. The best part was the pre-packaged yogurt. 😶 The manager was very professional and did compensate us for the hot water issues. But honestly I won’t stay here again.
