What was unique was that the day have a security guard which kind of makes you feel safe just because it's off of highway and Bruckner Boulevard so you know I don't know I just felt sexy there was a security guard there I also like the fact that they are vending machines were well stopped and that the concierge desk carries change to break bills in order for you to have to use the vending machines they also have a really nice kitchen area with a coffee pot and the microwave is there and the table it's nice and clean all the staff was very nice rooms were kept clean Atlantis were changed out everyday they even give you a little bit of time if you need to like me continue to rebook in the morning before they tell you how very nice people especially the young lady that works during the day

I need the heat to work it's cold outside. But the unit is blowing cold / lukewarm air intermittently . The heat in my car is warmer than the room and you ask why didn't you get in the car / because I took a Uber to get here 😔

No complaints of the hotel staff or hotel itself.
I often visit this hotel. I have no complaints about the front desk staff. They are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is great for a guaranteed no noise or ghetto behavior or partying. They are great at managing the messy people. They don't play about making sure it's peaceful and safe. The complaint is regarding the housekeeping and their lack of cleaning and sometimes don't change sheets. I always bring my own blankets because of it. They honestly don't clean those rooms well and I'm sure staff is not aware of it. They didn't even bother to bring me fresh towels after a two night stay, even when I mentioned to staff to notify them to do so.

Room wasn't clean that much. The floor was dirty. Parking is easy but if the hotel is busy then you have to park outside on the street. Front desk there is old guy who doesn't know how to talk to guest. I asked him a simple question about check in and out and he was very rude.

Got a room off Expedia with my girlfriend. Went to the place and the person at the front desk said she couldn’t go in with out an id. (Note it doesn’t say that both people have to have id ANYWHERE in the online policies which I showed him & we both have been to plenty hotels a lot nicer that only asked for the person checking in’s id) we were not accommodated for the room and had to wait an hour on the Expedia service number to TRY to get a refund. They even had the nerve to tell me that the refund isn’t even promised. So now I’m HOPEFULLY waiting for an email back with my money which they said could take 72 hrs. (Everything I said was completely truthful I’m not revising it)
