Overall decent stay. Naturally flavored water in the lobby was nice. Upon checking in, the heat in our 1st assigned room was not working in the dead cold of winter so we had to change rooms 3 times before getting an acceptable alternative. There is construction outside the front of the hotel so it is noisy if you have an exterior facing room. Thankfully, we are not light sleepers. We had to request extra towels every day to have enough for the 4 people on our reservation. Towels also showed their age and were a bit rough. Leaking Keurig was replaced quickly. Rooms are showing their age and could be cleaned and maintained better but it’s typical for an inner city downtown hotel with high turnover. The staff were nice enough. Elevators can be a long wait in the night/evening. The bed mattresses were super comfortable and the linens were clean. Standard size rooms with functional storage if you are organized. We didn’t feel cramped with 4 people. Location wise, It was convenient if you want to be downtown Brooklyn, but the parking lot is a seven minute walk away which in the freezing winter and with shopping bags feels like 30 minutes. I would probably look for cheaper accommodations because I didn’t feel this hotel was anything special for the price that we paid. One

We had a bad experience with the parking garage that is not the hotel’s parking, but the parking at 333 Sherman parking when we arrived, we were told we had to register and could not pay them directly. We had to pay online and ended up paying $47 for parking plus an additional $20.89 because we parked earlier than we were supposed to for our reservation

Great location and super friendly staff. Loved the ambiance, and the lounge area is a comfortable place to work. The hotel is very quiet, but the rooms are quite small so if you are staying long, it can get claustrophobic and not comfortable to work in the room. I loved how helpful everyone was!

Very nice lobby and room, great layout and features. Only quibble was the soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower were not cleaned very well. There also was a spot on the floor in front of the bed where the "wood" was popping up a bit.
