Night’s Disturbance

On March 6th, my brother stayed at this hotel, and after 11 PM, the neighboring room started blasting loud music. He reported it to the front desk, expecting prompt action, but they failed to take any effective measures. Left with no other option, he requested that the front desk call the police. The situation dragged on until the early morning hours, completely ruining his sleep. The hotel's handling of this incident was extremely disappointing. Ensuring a peaceful and restful stay for guests should be a top priority, yet this was completely neglected. Even worse, the front desk staff displayed indifference and negligence, failing to address the issue proactively. It is unacceptable for guests to endure such disturbances due to the hotel’s inaction. Proper staff training is urgently needed to prevent this from happening again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful night’s rest.

We loved the location - John at the front desk was awesome he and I talked the day before about getting early check in for 3 pm so we could make an event we were going to he was so polite and friendly when we got there at 1:30 he remembered speaking with me and because it was still a little early we were just going to drop our bags off BUT our room was already ready! He also spoiled us with 2 complimentary drinks ! There was also a live entertainment Friday night and both nights we had a great end to our night by enjoying some incredible drink made by Nico such a wonderful and entertaining bar tender - he made our night fun and relaxing. We go every year so we’ll be staying here again next year!

Good location, great staff, Food needs improvement

Hotel is located in great location with easy access to public transport. LIRR train takes you there directly from Airport and all major subway lines are in few minutes walking distance. Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful! Just the breakfast is joke, the worst stereotypical "American" offering. Not a single piece of vegetable, just banana and some juices. Boring bland food(that somehow also runs out frequently!). After first two days I stopped going there and instead had to buy breakfast nearby (Luckily NYC is great for that).

Great location, super clean with breakfast & park

This hotel is really well placed! Walking distance to Time Square, Bryant Park, The Empire State, Javits center. They have an extensive breakfast. Offer discounted parking a block away. Everyone that works there is super friendly and very helpful. There is a great bar, fitness center, fireplace and games. My personal issue is the heat. I turned it off in my room but was still uncomfortable. (I like to sleep very cold) I have recommended this hotel to anyone I know that is going into the city.
