Almost $300 in hidden fees. That alone is why we will never visit again. We asked for a room on a high floor in advance, and we got stuck on a low floor with a view of nothing.

Brittany was AMAZING. She acknowledged my daughter’s birthday. She needs a raise and every employee should strive to be like her. She was literally the best. Hard Rock was able to accommodate a high floor request. Room service and housekeeping were great. We thoroughly enjoyed the bathtub and heated floors. The doorman helped with bags and answered any questions we had. I can’t say enough good things. Will absolutely be back.
