A very horrible experience
There was mold in several areas of the room and the bathroom door did not close. The sink didn't flush, and the repairman only said he would fix it the next day, but no action was taken at all. The woman at the front desk was very unfriendly and unprofessional. Don't waste your money on this hotel.

No hot water!
Everything was great, EXCRPT for no hot water when I was going to shower at 4:00am. I ran the water for at least 2 minutes trying to get it hot. It wasn't even luke warm.

The front desk was lovely. He’s very helpful and friendly. The stay was nice, pretty quiet neighbourhood, just a few mins walk to Wall Street, easy to get to everywhere. Just one thing, it took some time to get the hot water in the shower. Other than that, got no complaint.

Housekeeping was not up to par during our stay. Our room was not vacuumed when linens were changed and they did not fill supplies. I had to ask for lotion, tissue and body wash. They containers were in restroom, however, they were empty or almost empty when we checked in. Desk staff was great and check in was a breeze.

We DO NOT recommend to book this hotel. This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. If you want poor service and customer experience then this hotel is good choice. I reached out to the hotel based in the reply. It turns out that this is an automated reply. No wonder this hotel does not care about their guests before or after the stay. Room: Rooms are small and not maintained well. The washbasin has a crack and the water does not drain easily. There was no shower gel in the bottle. Rooms are not sound proof, you can hear all the conversations in the corridor. They put stained bedsheets in rooms. Service: In spite of telling the front desk in the morning that the room needs to be cleaned and bedsheets changed, towels replaced. None was done and they had the whole day to do this. Location: The only saving grace is the location but that is true for most hotels in NY.
