1. The first room wasn't cleaned and there was underwear in the bathroom from another guest. Unacceptable! They change the room 2. Due to water leaking from the sanitary next door in the second room we were in, all our luggage was full of dirty water! Out clothes too, we had to throw them away

Not friendly staff, dirty rooms, low towels in the room, cheap bed, drug addicts in the lobby at night, no extra safety door lock.

The hotel does not have working air conditioning or air heat, I stayed at this same hotel last summer and I had the same problem, no air conditioning

I definitely got what i paid for.. the only good thing about staying here it was close to subway entrance and our bed was clean. The property outside is maintained and kept up. But the rooms are terrible base boards dirty the bed is on like a cot of some sort ,our bathroom door had severe water damage we had one wash clothes very small bathroom towels no maid service for a 6 day 5 night stay. The hotel had “hourly rates” stay with a vending machine with condoms inside. I believe the whole staff lives on property which is fine they weren’t rude at all - just not professional.

Place was ok balcony door didnt really close So it was quite chilly ..my remote didnt work I brought it downstairs to get a new one because the phone in the room didnt work. They could probably use a security guard anyone can come in and out ....its a motel people rent rooms for a hr or two to hook up do their thing and leave..all things considered it was pretty decent i mean its a two star hotel ..i didnt even know two star hotels existed i thought the minumum was 3
