Great stay we had at Aura. When we checked into our room the first day, our air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The staff sent up a technician immediately, who could not fix the issue right away. Without hesitation the staff switched our room and apologized for the inconvenience Great staff, friendly and willing to help their visitors Would recommend staying here!

We were very impressed with all the staff at the desk and door and maintenance person. They were all extremely friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. Our room was small but very clean. It was recently renovated so everything was new. Yes, we would return and we do recommend staying here.

The recent renovation made this a wonderful place to stay. We appreciated the room upgrade and did not mind the lightwell view so much since we were out about town most of the day. The staff in the lobby are very pleasant.

For its proximity to Times Square it was quiet which is a plus. No frills, very clean hotel. Staff are caring, personable and attentive. Parking garage right next door (use SpotHero it's cheaper). Woukd stay again.

It was our first time staying at the Aura Hotel and honestly loved our experience. I definitely recommend spending a little extra for an Executive room after seeing some reviews complaining about the size of rooms and loved the room. Staff at the hotel are amazing, shoutout to Carlos and Jojo! Highly recommend if you're staying in the Times Square area.

Staffs were friendly and helpful, property was clean n recently renovated. It is soundproof noise from outside, but when the inside AC is on it is very loud, can’t sleep, told staff, said it’s like that every room 😒. Good thing we were there just for 2 nights. There are 2 indoor valet parkings next to the hotel, not own by hotel.

Aura Hotel is a treasure in convenient Times Square area it is amazingly quiet & not heavily trafficked as larger the hotel!! The rooms are small but cozy as well as extremely clean, comfortable as well as safe!
