Disappointing Experience at Hotel Paroga JFK Airport

I recently stayed at Hotel Paroga JFK Airport, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor customer service and unfulfilled promises.
Upon arrival, I requested an early check-in and was told it was possible for an additional $75, which I agreed to.
However, instead of receiving a room, I was booked into a short-stay room for three hours. After traveling for eight hours, this was frustrating.
The staff promised a room would be available later, but when their shift ended, I was asked to wait for the next staff member.
After another 30-minute wait, the new staff provided conflicting information, directing me back to the short-stay room to wait again.
This ordeal disrupted my schedule, preventing me from completing essential work tasks. The lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff was alarming.
Hotel Paroga JFK Airport's management should review their customer service protocols to ensure guests receive timely, accurate information and respectful treatment.
