We had a great stay! The only issue (and reason for the 4 star review) was due to the lack of air conditioning. I guess we had some unseasonably warm days during our trip, but it caused the room to get up to 80 degrees and we were told by the front desk staff that the air conditioning was turned off for the winter. They suggested we open our windows, but unfortunately that didn’t help much. We had some uncomfortable nights of sweaty sleep. Otherwise, everything was great with this hotel. We would stay there again as long as it wasn’t a warm winter weekend.

After checking out, I received a message with a $500 charge on my credit card. I approached to ask what this transaction is due to and they told me that it is a fee for having smoked in the room (it should be emphasized that neither my wife nor I smoke and we do not use vape or anything like that). I explained this to them and they didn't want to understand any reason. I feel ripped off because this is an unsupported and unfair charge. Be careful to book with this hotel

Overall our experience was great. The location is perfect for shopping or just walking around the beautiful city admiring the architecture. The only downside is if the room gets hot there isn't anyway of cooling it down except for opening the window which I'm grateful for. Even though the temperature of the room wasn't great I still give the hotel a 5 star review. Thank you MSocial for making our stay great.

The hotel looks very fun. Great outside view right next to the bar. The view of time square was amazing. They have things for even the kids to stay entertained. The room was great.View was amazing and the staff was beyond nice.

Very bad

The bed mattress was very bad and old, with both sides sunk in and the middle raised. There are no amenities in the room, not even a bottle of water, a coffee maker, or a tea kettle. Nothing at all. The bellmen were very rude and didn’t even help with the luggage. They argued with me three times just to get a stamp for the parking, claiming that I didn’t greet them or spoke badly. However, I always spoke to them with respect. It felt like I was the one working there, and they were the customers! My room was charged $310 for drinks. After finding the bill, it turned out that someone had randomly given my room number, and the bar didn’t check the name. I was lucky that I thoroughly checked the bill. Don’t waste your money on this hotel at all.

I was just there this weekend, 0 complaints! Room was clean, great view, quiet & although with a city view, I slept like a baby. All staff was great. Bar is fabulous with a wonderful view & had breakfast with that same great view. Ill definitely be returning & highly recommend!
