Pros - Very good location, Rockefeller, Theater District all are walkable. Cons - Bed was not comfortable. The elevators also took a long time, if in a hurry stairs are the best.

5 stars aren’t enough.
Staff were lovely. Room was clean and the shower was really nice with good pressure. Ample of closet room. Bed was comfortable. I was lucky enough to have a view of Bryant Park.

NYC girls trip
My daughter and I stayed here for a Christmas trip and we could not have been happier with this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful and clean, the bed was so comfortable and we felt safe the entire time. It is located fairly central to a lot of tourist attractions and the view of Bryant Park was wonderful. We would recommend and stay here again!

It was a lovely, quiet oasis directly across from the Bryant Park Winter Village. The focus is on the rooms and comfort, so the lobby is small and uncrowded, which I liked. Our room was a good size for Manhattan, and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again.
