The customer service at the Lexington is excellent! Always helpful and friendly whenever i needed anything. The facility is very clean and the location is perfect. So reasonably priced. Best value in Manhattan.

THE PARKING IS NOT $70 dollars at all and theres a ton of fees that they dont tell u about. I am also waiting over 30 minutes for my car from valet. Ive never been to a hotel and had to wait this long. This is ridiculous.

We had excellent service from the staff. However, we felt that virtually everything had an extra charge (holding bags), there was an extra charge of $35 (credit for bar/dining but not always able to use it), valet parking exorbitant. Room small but expected for an older hotel; however, the maintenance in the room was not consistent with "luxury."

Terrible heating system that doesn’t really work well at all in winter. My first room the temp got up to only 65 degree, and second room it took 3 hours to move up 3 degrees. Outdated air conditioning system that makes it unbearable in winter
